Micha Petty drew this Alligator Snapping Turtle using tinted graphite pencils. This drawing was modeled after a real patient who was rehabilitated at LEARN after being entangled in a fishnet and almost drowned in Caddo Lake. His name is Mac, which comes from the species' scientific name- Macrochelys temminckii. He was released safe and sound back into the wild. Your purchase helps LEARN help more critters like Mac!
