Items that have been personalized per the purchaser's request (e.g., buyer requested to be mentioned by name in the author's signature entry on a printed book), unless the product has a defect in materials, workmanship, or was damaged in transit.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged before delivery. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
